After coming to know (and enjoy) the benefits of hot and cold therapy, three long time friends, fathers, and lovers of the outdoors decided to get together to bring the benefits of sauna to Northwest Arkansas homeowners. We bring together a wide range of skills in construction, landscaping, solar, weatherization, and more. This, plus a love for community and health, pulled us into working together to bring these exciting offerings to the area. We are in it to help you with your wellness space!

Eric brings 8 years of solar installation experience, with a deep understanding of the nuances of making complex home installations happen smoothly and efficiently.
Brett Scott
Brett brings 14 years of carpentry and building experience to the group, making him well equipped to handle the wide variety of conditions encountered in a sauna and cold plunge install.
Michael Pulfer
Michael has been active in all aspects of small business ownership for over a decade. Recent work in construction has given him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities of the construction industry.
