Over time, we find that sauna and wellness space can be a highly specific and sometimes techinical process when seeing the scope of the project. Whether there needs to be electrical trenching, foundations built, municipal codes or property setbacks, or even just a small privacy screen or addon project, we find a site visit to be well worth it.
For $150, we come out and connect with you, sizing up and detailing the project. Getting key measurements, notes on time and ballparking numbers to help take another step towards your vision. The result is a quote on the sauna and heater of your choosing plus all accessories or addons, shipping, lead times and various relevant data. This often is paired with an estimate of auxiliary contract work needed to achieve the goal, (trenching, service upgrades, plumbing, etc.).We have come to prefer and recommend this for all parties involved as it helps navigate and field the big and small details of any size project and yield more efficiency, cohesion, and joy in the process.

Our install fee is $3850 for regular installs involving no more than 50ft of conduit to the unit, on existing structures with a sufficient electrical panel. A typical, regular install including all materials and sauna costs between $10,500 and $14,000 depending on the model chosen. Add $1750 for off grid wood stove. This includes all labor and material for an above ground installation on an existing electrical panel with space for a double pole 40 amp breaker.
